AAPDEP AFRICAN CORPS OF ENGINEERS, SCIENTISTS & HEALTHCARE WORKERS (AACESH)
AACESH Ministries
Each AACESH Ministry will be comprised of Africans with expertise in that particular area. For example, healthcare professionals that join AACESH anywhere will automatically become members of the AACESH Ministry of Health, which is lead by the Minister of Health.
The leading body of each Ministry is comprised of the Minister, Secretary, Treasurer/Economic Development Officer, and Officer of Information & Education and Membership Coordinator.
AACESH Ministers are responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of AAPDEP projects in their respective areas. AACESH Ministers do not serve as project coordinators for every project, but instead assign project coordinators/teams and work to ensure that all projects meet all stated goals and objectives in the time frame determined and budget allotted.
AACESH Ministry Economic Development Officers are responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies capable of meeting at least 75% of the Ministry Project Budget. The International Executive Committee (IEC) is responsible for raising 25% of each Ministry Project Budget.
For example, if there are two Int’l AAPDEP Agricultural Projects in a certain year, each with a budget of $10,000, for a total of $20,000 Agricultural Project Budget, then the Ministry of Agriculture would be responsible for raising 75% of $20,000, or $15,000. The IEC would be responsible for raising 25% of the total project budget, or $5,000.
